I'm an ECM and SAP Solutions consultant for Latin America at Open Text. Later I'll place some more information here.

Certified Open Text Consultant
At the start, I was responsible for all Linux/Unix O.S. of our outsourcing contracts. At the same time, I helped in some ECC 6.0 migrations such as WalMart, Gafisa, Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, etc. In FEB/09 I was transfered to Open Text Solutions department, were I started to work with Data/Document Archiving for SAP. I have worked in some migrations and projects in our customers like CSN, Natura, Souza Cruz, Light, Unilever, Petrobras and others. Since JUN/10 I'm responsible for all Open Text delivery and pre-sales at Sonda reporting direct to the Department Director.

Infrastructure Analyst
I worked as analyst in the Development Support team (Windows and POSIX - Linux, AIX, HP-UX environments). Later I was assigned to work in the Storage team, where I had contact with EMC Symmetrix DMX1000, EMC Clariion 300 e Clariion DX3-40 storages, Cisco and Brocade Directors.

Infrastructure Analyst
After my internship ended, I was invited to stay working as a Contrator in the Infrastructure department. There I have participated in the VMware ESX Server implementation; I was the technical in charge of all Brazilian network connectivity (LANs, WANs, remote access, etc.) and had constant contact to the same department in the US. Near DEC/07 I was invited to work also in the SAP Basis department.

I worked with RSA AceServer, participating of it's delivery at Banco Real. Because it was a small business, I have also set up the physical network and some servers/services like firewall, File server, FTP server, etc. Everything running in a Linux environment.
